What basic and essential things do you need to pack in your hospital bag for when you go into labour? In reality you need three bags to take to the hospital when you go into labour - one bag for mum, one bag for dad and one bag for your new baby.
Get your hospital bags ready up to 6 weeks before the due date as you may even need them for last minute emergency checkups etc. - talking from experience here!
